Where can ENT specialists buy clinic-branded ENT aftercare videos?
Order standard videos through the treatment selector. Choose treatments and available languages, sign in and supply your clinic branding. For personalized production, contact us for a separate quote.
Can I add my clinic logo and ENT specialist name?
Yes. Supply your clinic name, ENT specialist name and contact details during ordering. Upload your clinic logo or choose to continue without one. Standard branding does not include custom clinical scripts or new visuals.
Which languages are available?
English is available for tonsillectomy at launch. The order form shows the available treatment and language options.
What is the difference between standard and personalized videos?
Standard videos pair ready-made aftercare content with your clinic branding. Personalized videos are separately scoped, with custom scripts, unique visuals and the option to feature your actual ENT specialist and clinic.
How much do the videos cost?
The treatment selector shows current prices and the treatments, languages and video files included. Review your selection and total before confirming. Personalized production is quoted separately.
Can I share ENT aftercare videos with patients on WhatsApp?
Yes. Your clinic can share the licensed videos with its patients through WhatsApp and other permitted channels. The supplied clinic-use licence governs use, redistribution and modification; buying a video does not transfer copyright.
How are completed videos delivered?
Completed videos are delivered as downloadable MP4 files. Website delivery provides a private ZIP download with videos and accompanying documents. Links expire seven days after delivery availability; save a backup before the displayed deadline. See the delivery policy.
Can I request changes to the clinical instructions?
Yes. Adapt the instructions for your ordered treatment within the editing allowance, then approve the saved text. Different treatments, substantially new scripts or custom visuals require a separate agreement. Later changes may affect pricing and delivery timing.
Are these videos a replacement for professional ENT advice?
No. They are general educational materials supporting individual guidance. The treating ENT specialist must watch each complete delivered video and determine its clinical suitability before using or sharing it with patients.
Can I preview a video before final delivery?
You can explore sample frames and request a demo before ordering. Completed orders are delivered without a separate preview or pre-delivery approval step unless agreed in writing. See the order terms.
