What are post-treatment care videos?
They are illustrated patient education videos for use after ENT treatment. Narration and subtitles present the care guidance in the selected language, with your clinic’s branding. They support the treating ENT specialist’s guidance and do not replace individual advice.
Which ENT treatments can I order videos for?
The first treatment is tonsillectomy (tonsil removal), offered in English.
Can I add my clinic name and logo?
Yes. Enter your clinic name, ENT specialist name and contact number during ordering, and upload your clinic logo or choose to continue without one. These details are used to brand the videos for your clinic.
Which languages are available?
English is available for tonsillectomy at launch. The order form shows the available treatment and language options.
How much do the videos cost?
Select treatments and languages to see current prices. Review the total before confirming your order.
How will I receive and share the videos?
Your secure order page provides the prepared MP4 files for download. You can then share them with your clinic’s patients, including through WhatsApp, subject to the supplied clinic-use licence and terms. See the delivery policy for download access details.
Does the ENT specialist need to review the videos?
Yes. The treating ENT specialist must watch each complete delivered video and determine its clinical suitability before using or sharing it with patients. The video does not replace a patient’s individual treatment plan or the ENT specialist’s instructions.
